Gottalife Productions was founded by husband and wife team, James and Sally-Ann Wright in 2001.

James is an accomplished musician/songwriter who has been writing music for children and adults alike since 1992.

Sally-Ann has been music co-ordinator within local schools where she has been teaching since 1990 and is currently a headteacher..

During this period they have become increasingly involved in writing quality children's songs and productions. Due to the enthusiastic response and the increasing demand to supply other schools and organisations Gottalife Productions was established.

The company was launched in September 2001 with a musical called "Christmas Around The World". 14 musicals, 11 songbooks and over 200 songs later, Gottalife Productions has grown in popularity. Thousands of schools throughout the UK have successfully performed their musicals and songs.

Due to this expansion they have welcomed into the team specialised writers in their field:

Joy Wright has over 35 years of experience with KS1 and Early Years and is therefore well qualified to pitch the scripts accordingly.

Alun Williams, an established KS2 teacher, understands the need of a good mix of humour and storyline to make a production shine.
